By accessing or using Poker Ledger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Poker Ledger is a poker bankroll management tool that provides the following features:

• Session recording for cash games and tournaments
• Statistical analysis and profit/loss tracking
• Game organizing and management tools
• Multi-currency support with exchange rate conversion
• Data sharing and export capabilities

The Service is available as a Telegram Mini App and as a web application at pokeledger.com.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using one of the following methods:

• Telegram: Sign in through the Telegram Mini App platform
• Google: Sign in using your Google account via OAuth 2.0
• Device Login: Use a device-generated identifier for anonymous access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all session data and content you create within the Service ("User Content"). By using the sharing features, you grant Poker Ledger a limited, non-exclusive license to display your shared content to the recipients you designate.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. We do not monitor or endorse any User Content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activities or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the Service without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

6. Intellectual Property

The Poker Ledger name, logo, branding, design, and source code are the intellectual property of Poker Ledger and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of statistical calculations, profit/loss computations, or any other data-derived results. You acknowledge that all financial data and analysis provided by the Service are for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poker Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or session records
• Financial decisions made based on data or analysis provided by the Service
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers, subject to any legal retention requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
