Poker Ledger ("we", "us", "our") is a poker bankroll management application available as a Telegram Mini App and web application at pokeledger.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in via Telegram, we receive your Telegram user ID, username, display name, and avatar. When you sign in via Google, we receive your email address, display name, and avatar. We only receive the basic profile information you authorize through these platforms.

Device Identifier

For device-based login, we generate a random UUID that is stored locally on your device. This identifier is used solely to associate your session data with your device.

Session Data

We store the poker session records you create, including but not limited to: buy-ins, cash-outs, venues, game types, stakes, profits and losses, staking arrangements, and expenses.

User Preferences

We store your language, currency, timezone, and custom configuration items to personalize your experience.

Usage Data

We collect basic app usage patterns for service improvement purposes. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics services.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide core services: session recording, statistics calculation, and profit tracking
• Authenticate and secure your account
• Sync your data across devices
• Generate statistical analysis and reports
• Enable data sharing features when you choose to share your session data

Session data you explicitly share via the sharing feature may be visible to the recipients you choose. Shared data is accessible only through unique, time-limited links.

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Telegram: Authentication and Mini App platform, governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy
• Google: Authentication via OAuth 2.0, governed by Google's Privacy Policy

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
